Morris V. Tidball-Binz M.D. (Chile, Argentina (dual nationality), b. 1957) is the Forensic Coordinator of the Assistance Division of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), based in Geneva, Switzerland.

He graduated from the National University of La Plata, Argentina (1989) and specialized in the application of forensic anthropology and medicine to human rights and humanitarian investigations.

He has carried out forensic case-work applied to human rights and humanitarian investigations in over 40 countries in all regions and is actively involved in training and dissemination world-wide of applied forensic sciences.
